Josco builders, designers and contractors started functioning in 1983 with Late Mr. P K Jose as managing partner at Kalletumkara, Thrissur. The primary motive of Josco group to make the company as one of the top in the construction field was the dream and efforts started at the time of opening itself. Gradually construction works of residential houses were taken up and completed implementing the modern techniques and according to the latest trend. Presently the company running by predecessors of Mr. P K Jose, Mr. Shinto Jose, Mr. Shijo Jose and Mr. Biju Jose
